That worked! Thank you! From what I can tell, everything is in place. Now I have an update ready for the theme. I think I’ll approach this differently.

Thank you for replying. Wouldn’t backing it up using FTP be a moot point? I’ve already clicked update so those files have probably been written over wouldn’t they? I will definitely try this though and appreciate the response.

Don’t do what I did…just leave it alone. It’s not working right for anyone that I’ve talked to and now my site is gone.

I’m still a little new at creating websites, but could this idea possibly give people a quick fix until more concrete solutions are found?

If you can see in the diag that it’s pulling the “wordbooker_blank.jpg” and ignores or can’t find the image you actually wanted, couldn’t you replace it with the image you are wanting and rename it “wordbooker_blank.jpg?” (After backing up the original image just in case)

If the file size doesn’t matter (program rejects image unless specific attributes are present…in this case, file size will have to match) then it shouldn’t be hard to do. You’ll be stuck with it as the default for everything, but it sounds like from what I’ve read many can’t get any image to post period. Something is better than nothing imo…
