Super Skeleton Theme was fixed on 8/13/2013 (you can find on Themeforest) I just deleted my old theme and reinstalled new and Option Tree is working fine now.

also when I search for my plug ins and I enter the words option tree it says there is not a plug in named option tree installed.

I am having the same problem. Option Tree is not showing up under Appearance. Where can we find the solution?
