Its not good If you need to rely on other people to tell you your own site is down on a public form, you really should look at the website monitoring.

i wouldn’t hold your breath. I had 1 site that wouldn’t connect and i waited over 18 months for support to reply, then had to give up and switched the updates over to wptoolkit.

I have several tickets in this state, waiting on a reply for over 1 year.

all they do is tell you that they are waiting on the developers, who it seems are just lazy buggers and never reply to tickets.

Surely you must know that WordPress already had the ability for visitors to add comments, you did not create this conversation function, it already exists.

Therefore sites already have existing comments before installing your plugin.

nevermind found it. The site has cleantalk anti-spam installed, which has a setting to email all administrators about comments.

no there are no such plugins and nothing has changed on the site recently

there is only 1 user show as still in grace period, which was 10 days, and that was months ago.

the other admins, myself included, enabled the 2FA months ago.

A smentioned above, nobody is being prompted for their OTP anymore. So it just logs you in with only username/password.

yes I am, but that doesn’t not normally result in my getting comment moderation emails.

the issue is intermittant, it doesn;t seem to happen all the time.

today it is not happenning, so I cannot check the headers.

no I didn;t fix it, but it appears to be working today for some reason. Although as I mentioned, the issue did appear to be randomly intermitany when doing page refreshed, it would random;ly work and not work.
I did also re-produce this in an incognito window.

it seems to be giving 404 on the JS files, yet if I paste dthe URL directly into the browser, the files were there.

just to be clear, I was not implying it was down to you, I am aware you have no control over that, it was just a general comment.
