I am fully aware how to create users.

If you create a regular user in wpadmin there is no such feature to expire or disable that user after a set amount of time.

yes the blockstrap plugin was installed and its v3 of the theme.

I am using directory supreme theme which is a child of directory starter. Changing the bootstrap version did fix it.

I tried using the theme you mentioned above, but it says “Version 3 of Directory theme has changed to be a block theme, this will require manual work to recreate your current layout.?“

And it didn;t work properly, images were not showing, short codes displaying etc

what do I need to do to make it work?

@dominichostettler all my sites are on litespeed server, yet only a few were having the issue, so I do not think that wa sthe cause.
But due to the fact there was ZERO support from ManageWP for 2 years now and they stated they have no intention of investigating or fixing the issue and their support sucks in general, I moved everything to wp-umbrella.
no more issues.

I have moved everything to wp-umbrella now.

managewp support have confirmed they are aware of this issue with the managewp plugin constantly getting disabled, and that they have no intention of fixing it as it doesn;t affect enough users for them to care.

I have also had other issues/tickets that have been open for nearly 2 years now, which they have refused to look at or fix.

So moving to another solution really was the only choice.

Hi,

The staging site is public on the internet, we just use a plugin to restrict access, so you have to login to view it.
This doesn’t negate the need for Wordfence, any vulnerabilities would still exist and could still be leveraged by a bad actor.
So disbling wordfence would be bad idea.

Please advise what these specific ports and firewall allowances are that you said are available to work around this.

I edited my previous rpely as I found it

I have searched all plugins, and found it in my forminator plugin.
this is set to not cache pages with forms on to avoid issues with dynamic forms.
So this then gives another issue, if I disable that option, I have problems with forms not working properly.
Is there any way round this?

yes I used a code snippet plugin as mentioned above.

how do I search through plugins? do you mean search through the code of every single plugin?
there are no other caching related plugins, so I don’t know how or why they would do this.

I used a snippets plugin to insert the code instead, which seems to have fixed the issue, and the page is now cached.
But I am concerned that this is a bit of a sledgehammer solution. It seems like this code is telling lscache to just ignore any/all do not cache instruction, so what if I actually do need to not cache a specific page ?

won;t that just get overwritten when I update the theme?
