Is there a private way I could have you take a look at it?

The developers never responded. You’ll have to contact your host – they were able to fix it for me but it was a big hassle. Since then I’ve stopped using WP Reset.

I experienced the same thing. After doing the reset, I got an email from WordPress that my site had been successfully reset. However, I was unable to login to my admin panel. And I couldn’t even reset my password because WP no longer recognized my email or password. How odd.

My host was also unable to log me in. They had to do a full restore of my site.

I have used WP Reset numerous times in the past without any issues. No idea what is going on.

I have an update on this and it turns out you are right.

My client thought this was the law because that’s how she’s always done it through QuickBooks. However, after calling the state department of revenue, she discovered that WooCommerce was in fact doing it correctly all along by applying sales tax AFTER any discounts are made. So way to go WooCommerce!

And WA state never pointed out her error either (why would they when she’s making more money for them)??

On a side note, she did bring this issue to QuickBook’s attention. Apparently Quickbooks has a setting to change the way sales tax is calculated, but it is their default to charge sales tax BEFORE any discounts. Ridiculous.

Is anyone able to help with this?

Basically, our shop is running a sale and taxes are not being calculated properly.

We need to charge sales tax on the original product price BEFORE any discounts are taken (this is Washington law). However, the opposite is happening – sales tax is being applied on the discounted price instead of the original price.

Note – I’m not using the coupon feature, this is a sale for a specified time period.

Any update on this? I’m also experiencing this issue. It seem the admin email notification is triggered once the user activates his account – not upon registration.

All other emails seem to work fine.

Yes, very disappointing. I tried numerous wider version of the image but it is not full screen.

Here is a link to the screen shot. I am using Chrome and zoom is set to 100%. As you can see, the home page top image does not expand to cover the entire width of the screen.
