I figured it out!
Go to Users, then Your Profile and uncheck the “visual editor when writing”. Its not a perfect fix, but it works!

Im having the exact same problem. Not able to add new posts, and I keep trying to add new categories but they dont seem to stay. I am however able to add new titles, but thats it. I just went live with this, so maybe Im just making a stupid mistake while trying to post and change category names. Any suggestions are very much appreciated!
