In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Seriously?I appreciate you taking the time to answer however I worked in IT for over thirty years and worked on much more complex ecommerce sites with SAP Hybris. Thorough DEV and QA testing would include at least the top fifty or hundred plugins being used. Also, from the reviews (plural) and a 2.6/5 with 69 negative reviews you should assume there is definitely something wrong. I’m not an average user and know how to troubleshoot, which leaves me wondering how frustrating it must be for the average user.
I’m conscious that there could be a clash between plugins, that goes without saying. But, as stated in my original review, I’m using very popular standard plugins like Wordfence, WP-Mail SMTP, Contact Form 7, Really Simple SSL. Nothing fancy and I purchased a reputable theme, Avada, that constantly updates their codes. There is no reason for a total crash upon activation. And as you know, most people at home who are not running a large ecommerce site and have their own team working on it, will not have a DEV and QA environment, they install plugins in their live environment.
Anyway, take it for what it’s worth but it definitely needs to be looked at more closely or a rewrite from the ground up for this plugin.
Wishing you a great day.

In reply to: [GoHero Store Customizer for WooCommerce] NothingJust tried new version. Same thing. Nothing appears there is no “NM Woostrore” in any menu. It’s as if your plugin would not even be installed.
Too bad, looks interesting. I’m not running anything special. Woocommerce, Wordfence, Akismet, Tinymce, Fusion Core and builder, Contact Form 7, Really simple ssl. All very popular plugins that work fine.
Hopefully in the future you discover the problem with your software. The cart page is a pain to edit which is why I was really looking forward to your plugin.
Thanks anyway.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] Client ImportingI just did a test again. Import only myself and my email address. It imports into salon and created also a user in WordPress and sent me an email to reset my password and then I could log into WordPress. Really not good. Is there a way to import without this happening?
I must now send emails to customers and also delete these profiles.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] Client ImportingPS this is really bad. As soon as you import customers in Salon it creates users in WordPress and send out emails to all customers!
I did more testing. Seems that if one field is missing, either phone number or email, it will not import the client.
Out of 720 customers, I only have 189 that provided email addresses. Salon import only imports the ones that have email addresses. The ones without it ignores completely. Why is that? Should I not be able to import clients who did not provide one. Albeit I understand they will have to provide one to book after but if I want to manually book them I will have to create the rest of nearly 500 customers.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] First and Second ShiftHi,
OK sorry I will try to be more clear:
I set the rule for example First shift = 9:00-12:00 and second shift 12:00-17:00
I then set Assistant schedule to the exact same.1) If I turn on the assistant selection I see some availabilities here and there like 14:00, 15:00 but not the whole 9:00-17:00 in the front end.
2) If I turn off the selection of assistant I see all availabilities 9:00-17:00 in the front end
Not sure why if they are both identical and made sure assistant is available same hours. I wonder where it’s seeing time block for the assistant? There is no reservation or anything I’m just testing.
Thanks
Hi,
I have the exact same problem. To simplify; it blocks in calendar one way (from salon booking to google) in Google Calendar but if you add to Google Calendar it does not block the other way. Even if you sync calendar. The time or booking in the calendar is not recognized in Salon Booking. It ignores whatever is there.
Unless the booking is recorded in “Bookings” section. Whatever is on Google calendar or added manually to Google calendar is completely ignored. Would be a great feature if it worked both ways.
PS Yes The same calendar is selected in Google. Made a calendar just for this called salon.
I was just about to write the same finding.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] First and Second ShiftHi,
OK so if there is no break and I set second shift, the first can be anything?
Also, I did more testing and this only happens when I turn on to chose Assistant. I set the assistant first and second shift exactly the same but still did not work. I turn off the selection of assistant and it works.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] Can’t Finalise BookingHi,
Just an FYI I am using also Wp Mail SMTP with Salon and it works with the plugin. So I can say it is not a conflict between them. Otherwise the configuration in WP Mail SMTP perhaps? Are you able to send a test email from the WP Mail SMTP test?

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] Books wrong time in Google CalendarHi,
This worked. The timezone in WordPress must be same as Google calendar. Great thank you!

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] Services ListOne last thing is that the “Next Button” does not appear at the bottom. The user must then scroll all the way back up to select Next. Should that not be next to Subtotal at least to make it easier for a user?

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] PHP version 7Hi,
After I got it saved I had to switch back to PHP 5.6 to make it work. At PHP 7 it gives this error while authenticating. I tried it a couple times.

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] PHP version 7OK sorry I realize you have to save information and then get authorization. But after I sign in it gives me the following error:

In reply to: [Salon Booking System] PHP version 7PS
I reverted to PHP 5.6 for a test. I also generated new API keys. Every time I click the “Get Authorization” button it returns to the same page and does not retain any information. Like nothing happened.
So obviously not a PHP version thing. What else could cause this?
I forgot to add one last thing that might be important. My site is now https. I did generate new API keys and Web application with new information. However is there a known issue with the plugin and HTTPS?
Thank you again.
