Same – now broken…

I’m having the same issue – the font is absolutely huge, much bigger than the headline of the post above, so looks very odd indeed. Which element of style.css is it calling?

Thanks Christine, I’ll give that a try – it’s the first time I’ve seen that radio button and I’ve wondered for a while what it might do. I’ll let you know whether it solves the issue!

OK WordPress is introducing the break tags *after* after I’ve posted the article.

If I look at the HTML version of the post everything is perfectly clean. There are no extra break tags – nothing… I’m stumped.

I had installed (and then removed) BPS Security some time ago, which had obviously left remnants across my folders. I’ve now reinstalled and updated BPS to the latest version and upgraded to WordPress 3.5 – all now AOK ??

I’ve deactivated all of my plugins, reverted to 2012 theme and all the issues you stated in your first post are still present. I’ve downgraded to the last point release for the moment – let’s hope there are fixes up soon as I’d really like to try out the sexy new media suite!

I’m experiencing the same problem – both the content box and add media button are unresponsive. I’ve downgraded to the last point release for the moment – hopefully there will be a fix soon. Quite a nasty flaw to have made it through the testing process IMHO.

Same problem here – very shoddy. Now, of course, considering uninstalling this plugin altogether and replacing it with something that doesn’t crash my whole install.

It’s the “Social Media Widget” plugin. Lots of icon options and sites you can add.

I solved it, with the following addition to the .htaccess file

#Redirect archives
RewriteRule ^([0-9]{4})_([0-9]{1,2})_([0-9]{1,2})_archive\.html$ $1/$2/ [L,R=301]
#Redirect labels/categories
RewriteRule ^search/label/(.*)$ category/$1/ [L,R=301]

Problem solved – the string to pass in an SQL query is as follows:

update wp_posts set post_title = replace(post_title, ‘>’, ”)

*bump* Any SQL experts out there that know what argument I need to pass to get these characters removed from my post titles?

That’s a bit of a work-around, and given that I’ve succesfully removed the characters from the posts, there must be a way to run an SQL query that removes it from the titles surely?
