Hi, Just wanted to let you know that I’ve also run into the same problem with the attribute value dropdown behavior after updating to the latest WooCommerce version. The way you described it, where you now need at least three characters to get the dropdown, is totally different from how it used to work.
Your screenshots show exactly what’s going on. They clearly highlight the change in behavior before and after the update. I’ve faced the exact same thing on my 2 sites.
As a quick fix, I rolled back to WooCommerce version 7.9.0, which brought back the old dropdown behavior. This might be something you could try until they fix it in a future update.
