In reply to: too many connections from same IPWhat is the OS you are using on your laptop? You can try to list your network connections:
lsof -i | grep -E “(LISTEN|ESTABLISHED)” to list all the established connections.
Then you need to identify the connections they are talking about (probably using grep to filter by IP), check what’s going on then decide what to do.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Two wordpress sites on the same domain, but on different serversHello,
I think the best solution is to use a subdomain in your siteA and in the DNS settings add a entry to point to siteB IP, for example:
subdomain.siteA.com pointing to siteB_server_ip.
That should work.

In reply to: How do I get text on full-sized image?Hello,
I’m not sure which text/image exactly you are talking about (is it this one: https://tyler.com? Is there any demo of this theme?).
The message “This Theme recommends: Beaver Builder – Begin installing plugin” is showing there because you need to install that plugin in order to get some theme feature working, if you do it the message will disappear.

In reply to: too many connections from same IPHello,
Probably it’s your web hosting restrictions, take a look in this thread: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/100780/too-many-connections-to-server
Did they provide any other information about that?

In reply to: File UrlHello,
If you have your WordPress installation in your server, then you can access it using https://localhost url right (or something similar)?
Just try to add your pdf inside your WordPress installation and you will be able to access it (locally), for example: /your_wordpress_installation_dir/test/test.pdf would be accessed using: https://localhost/test/test.pdfLet me know if works.

In reply to: Widget? (additional information) on the websiteHello,
I think widgets can do the work depending on which information you would like to include it. There are some options such as text/html widgets, recent posts, etc.

In reply to: how to access localhostHello,
Can you provide more information about the problem? Which OS are you using to run your local WordPress installation? Also, have you checked if your mysql/apache are up and running?
