What is the OS you are using on your laptop? You can try to list your network connections:
lsof -i | grep -E “(LISTEN|ESTABLISHED)” to list all the established connections.
Then you need to identify the connections they are talking about (probably using grep to filter by IP), check what’s going on then decide what to do.

Yeah I agree with Brandon, if you are trying to change something in the plugin code, maybe it’s better to someone take a look in the code. Have you tried to contact plugin owner and support? Maybe they can give you some idea on how do to that.

Which shop plugin are you using?

Also, could you please check Javascript console in your browser? It will probably show some errors, could be relates to your problem.

I think the best solution is to use a subdomain in your siteA and in the DNS settings add a entry to point to siteB IP, for example:

subdomain.siteA.com pointing to siteB_server_ip.

The message “This Theme recommends: Beaver Builder – Begin installing plugin” is showing there because you need to install that plugin in order to get some theme feature working, if you do it the message will disappear.

If you have your WordPress installation in your server, then you can access it using https://localhost url right (or something similar)?
Just try to add your pdf inside your WordPress installation and you will be able to access it (locally), for example: /your_wordpress_installation_dir/test/test.pdf would be accessed using: https://localhost/test/test.pdf

Can you provide more information about the problem? Which OS are you using to run your local WordPress installation? Also, have you checked if your mysql/apache are up and running?
