When the label
Downloading from Cloudinary
is displayed it means that the storage was set asCloudinary Only
and changed toCloudinary and WordPress
so now the images are being downloaded in order to be also stored in your WordPress storage.Since those images are already hosted in Cloudinary, it is normal that the URLs are pointing to Cloudinary since they are still synced.
Could you let me know how many images in total you have? And the type of files you have on your WordPress Media Library? Are they all synced to Cloudinary?

In order to be able to further investigate the issue you’re experiencing, may I kindly ask you to provide me with the following details:
- A system report with some images added to the report
- The hosting company you are using
- The packages you are using
- Some information via logs, you can follow those steps

As far as I know, we are not planning on supporting writing metadata or creating a plugin for this.

Our plugin doesn’t support writing metadata but you can keep them by using the
fl_keep_iptc

This is a known issue of our current plugin and we are preparing the release of the version 2.7.0 that will mitigate the issue in order to not load JS and CSS files that you won’t use.
The release should happen really soon, I’ll get back to you when I have the specific date.

This is the expected behavior, if you delete images in WordPress, they will be deleted in Cloudinary, but if you delete anything in Cloudinary, they won’t be deleted in WordPress.
