Hi @generosus,
To avoid syncing all your media and overload your server, we only sync assets when they are requested. As soon as an asset is synced it will then be optimized. All your images will then be delivered using
f_auto,q_auto
and our algorithm will then decide on the best format to serve. Regarding AVIF, AVIF as part off_auto
is currently available for our Enterprise customers only but we are working on this for our other customers.Regarding Cloudflare, do you want to use it in front of Cloudinary? If this is the case, then please reach out to [email protected] so we can discuss this further.
Best,
Loic

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Plugin REST API EndpointsHi @generosus,
You should be able to whitelist
/cloudinary
and our plugin should work OK.Hope that helps.

Hi there,
We have just released
3.1.7
that fixes the issue. You should now be able to upgrade without experiencing this issue.Regards,
Loic
The issue seems to occur in different ways. We have been able to reproduce it with a specific scenario and the team is working is currently working on a fix for this. We are still gathering data on our side in case the fix doesn’t cover other scenarios that we are able to reproduce.
We will let you know when the fix is released. You can downgrade to
3.1.5
if needed as the error doesn’t occur with this version.Best,
Loic

Hi @beknowin, as @timaxx mentioned, the issue disappears if you downgrade.
We have an internal ticket on our side for this issue and if you are both able to create a ticket to [email protected] and send a system report as Wissam mentioned earlier, that would definitely be helpful.
Thanks!
Loic
Hi @codehouseno
You just need to go to a post or a page and disable the
Cloudinary status
as documented here.Hope that helps.
Best,
Loic
Hi @drbroad,
Could you please open a support ticket via [email protected] and share a system report as explained here?
Could you also also please share instructions to reproduce the issue?
Thanks,
Loic
Hi @masterclass,
Can you please reach out to [email protected] with the following information?
- a system report as explained here and add some assets to the system report as described in the 2nd video.
- a URL of your pages with the broken link
Thanks,
Loic
Hi @alexstandiford,
The plugin might still have the information cached. I don’t see any upload attempts after the upgrade.
Could you please retry the upload of the video?
Thanks,
Loic
Hi @alexstandiford,
This is normal. You are on the Free plan which has a maximum video file size limit of 100MB. You will need to upgrade in order to upload your 400MB+ videos.
You can find more information on our plans and their limits here: https://cloudinary.com/pricing/compare-plans.
Regards,
Loic
