Thanks for sharing your cloud.
After looking into it, I see you received several notifications to your email and that’s why you received a deactivation email.
I can see you are between 100% and 115% of your available credits, so while the PRO plan may be a big gap, we could also add the PAYG option for existing plans.

While our plan limits are soft limits, when exceeded, it doesn’t immediately affect your production environment.
When getting near your plan limits, an automatic notification email will be sent to you, warning you of exceeding it.
You will then be prompted to either settle your usage or upgrade to a more suitable plan.
Ignoring those multiple warnings and notifications can result in a deactivation of your account.In case your plan is a PAYG plan then you will get billed for the additional usage, otherwise your account will be disabled if you don’t upgrade or don’t settle your usage after multiple notifications as mentioned above.
Could you share your cloud name in order to have a look at your account?

In order to be able to further investigate the issue you’re experiencing, may I kindly ask you to provide me with the following details:
- WordPress version
- Cloudinary Plugin’s version
- The theme that you use and its version
- A full list of all other plugins that you have installed on your environment
- Page builders that you actively use
- An URL of your website in order to see the error
- A screenshot of your WordPress Media Library
Once provided, we will take a deeper look into it on our end, trying to reproduce the issue to better understand the root cause for it.
In case it will be necessary, will you be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment of your site where we can take a look and debug if needed?

LoicAs mentioned in the support ticket, the v2.4.0 recently released fixes the issue.
We also have other customers reporting the deletion is now working properly.For this reason, I will close the ticket.

On Line 290, as mentioned in your log, the code is trying to get the original path from WordPress and it seems we are not able to get it.

The fix to support the pdf sync has been embedded since the v2.2.0 of our plugin.
Could you upgrade to one of those versions and confirm that the pdf sync is working for you?

LoicI have found some successful deletions of the image named banner-img performed in the last 7 days. However, I can see that there are 2 other identical images in your account:

- https://res.cloudinary.com/ds2yzu16u/image/upload/v1592323165/banner-img_cuqbu7.jpg
Do you mind sharing how did you upload those images? Do you also have those 2 copies still in your Media Library?
