My visual editor is gone. I can code in HTML, but the buttons and the Visual and HTML options are no longer there.

Fixes I have attempted:
Cleared cache and refreshed browser
Attempted to use TinyMCE Advanced Plugin – no luck
Attempted to use Dean’s FCKeditor – https://www.deanlee.cn/wordpress/fckeditor-for-wordpress-plugin/ – no luck
Added define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); to the wp-config.php
Deactivated and uninstalled ALL plug-ins
Did not check off the “disable visual editor” in Users
I have no clue on how to fix this!
