I have not used this plugin with BeTheme, The7, Divi etc. theme so I don’t know. However, our plugin builds on the wordpress standard so it is compatible with most themes.

The files you just edited, especially the “.min.css” file, will often be cache problem.
You just need to open it, ctrl + f5 to reload it will run out of cache problem

I see you added this code to the dashboard.css file but did not see it in dashboard.min.css file
You need minify css file dashboard.css to dashboard.min.css
