I’m also experiencing this issue. I’ve followed the instructions in your troubleshooting guide and it’s definitely a clash between your plugin and the main WP Job Manager plugin on PHP8 hosting.

Hoping someone can help us solve this as we’re reliant on your plugin for the website.

Hi, since my last message they have found the cause. It’s out of date business name on the account they set up originally with Klana so they will liaise the klarna to get it updated

OK, so i’ve spoken again to Stripe and this is their response…

“I hate to be the bearer of these lines, but I’m afraid as per deep investigation, there’s nothing Stripe can do to update the business since it’s how it’s coded, and it’s via the platform or app you’re using.”

We’re going around in circles here. Please can you look into this further for me?

I know that and I’ve explained that to them but they don’t seem to understand.

I’m not sure where else to look for the answer

I’ve spoken to Stripe support and they have advised the following

“it’s something that they have to change on thier end and they can refer to this support document: https://woocommerce.com/document/klarna-checkout/”

They’re saying it’s coming from your plugin not stripe.
