@cristianbarbu & @ian Tudose!!! Y’all need to get it together. I have responded to my ticket for over a week with no response. I’ve sent in two additional tickets and continue to get a canned response about only receiving two tickets. The ridiculous thing is. My question is on that response that you replied to! This is ridiculous and not what I paid for.

Thanks, but I have came here for help because the support team is not helping and I only get a response once everyday at 3a my time. With something that isn’t remotely close to my question. I can’t afford to wait a week before I get this resolved. Not to mention I see multiple replies from the Support Engineer on this forum from recent days… but no response to my email/ticket and only a one when they do.

So if anyone else knows how to activate the license. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

How do you activate it? I’m just trying to find out how I get the pro license associated with my sites. My support and updates have expired, but I still have 5 sites to use. If you figure out how to activate it let me know.

I’m facing the same problem @wppdfsupport. I added the three file paths you mentioned to the “Never minify the following JS files:” to no resolve. Any other ideas?

Having the same problem. I had it working on a test account. Then when I switched over and tried using a different account I get the same message. I’ve deleted the plugin and everything… no luck.

I’m trying to do the same thing, any luck yet? I think I have most working just using the regular plugin. The one thing I would like to add is a confidence points box. It shouldn’t be hard. I’m just trying to wrap my head around the plugin.

Basically I need a additional box on the predictions page that lets the user enter a value of 1-(the number of matches for that week). Then if the user also selects the winner. Their score is the amount they put in that box. If they don’t select the winner they get nothing. Like I said, I’m experimenting, but shouldn’t be to bad
