@guna24x7 you are placing tbe code in the wrong place.

I deleted the plugin, reinstalled, activated, run the auto optimize.

I went then to Optimization->Scripts and add to exclusions:

maps.google.com
maps.googleapis.com

Click on “Save” and again nothing happend except everything stays “gray”.

Is there any debug mode that I can send to you?

I used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and with all the plugins disabled and
Twenty Nineteen theme ativated the problem is exactly the same.

I have others sites in the same host, with the same plugins and swift performance lite works fine.

I don’t know if placing this problem in wordpress support forum will help, like it’s mentioned in your guide.

What you think about this?

I follow your detailed “guide”. Now I have:

Cached Pages
0

Cache size
781,24 Mb

But the status of each page say “Cached”

The results in https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpecas-moto.agracing.pt&tab=desktop are not so good.

57 for Desktop
30 for Mobile

Any more useful information that you can help with?

Settings
On the right side you have “Single View” | “Advanced View”
Choose “Advanced View”
Then on the left click on “Optimization” and you will find the option “Fix Invalid HTML”
Just desactivate and your problem its solved.

On the last days I have done this at about 10 websites, they were all with ” description” issue.

Just had the same issue and I confirm that it was fixed with – deactivate “Fix Invalid HTML” option in Optimization settings (Advanced View)

I found the problem in my case. Swift Performance Lite.

I’ve check in a few of my others websites.

Some have ” description” and others “description”.

As a test I have change a snippet, check the page font and the new data is there but now in <meta name=” description”.

Beside, I index the page in Google and nothing happens.

I also tryed some tools to verify meta description and it’s empty!

I hope that Yoast can have a look and reply asap.

I don’t know why is there a space name=” description” instead of “description” or if it causes any difference.

Indeed, after disabling merge styles it worked just fine, but the performance went again to were it was.

Only disabling generate critical CSS did not work.

Just found what was creating this problem.

In site (URL) was https://www.autopneusmoita.pt and I’ve change to https://autopneusmoita.pt

@walterkeener3 all my sites using the “WP Google My Business Auto Publish” I continue to have the same problem that the image is not posted in GMB.

In one site I’ve replace the plugin with the not free version “AutoSocial” and started to work without any issue.

This could be something to investigate, since I believe the “core” is the same.
