Thank you again for your input.

The CSS text has helped to adjust the content in the blog BUT it also adjust the preview of the blog on the blog menu link, which shows the summaries of blog posts.

HOw can I send you the screenshots?

I want to reduce the spacing on the actual blog post (main area) and Blog main page, can you help?

I would like to reduce the spacing from the top menu to the top of the page, the spacing from top of the logo to the top of the page, spacing from bottom of logo to top of menu and also the spacing from bottom of the menu to the text – there seems to be excessive padding around when any pages are made?

Where can I easily adjust these settings or do I need to make a style sheet?
