I have done the conflict test but it didn’t help. For eg the page Reusable Respirators(https://lesafety.com.au/product-category/respiratory-protection/reusable-respirators/) has 5 subcategories but it is not showing. Here ‘Respiratory protection’ is having ‘Reusable Respirators’ as sub-category and ”Reusable Respirators’ itself have sub-category (I mean a three tier structure like Grandparents->Parents->Children).
