How about answering the myriad of other people having issues with this horrific “upgrade”?

The issues have been WELL covered, and I don’t use outdated software.

Rolled back to previous version and everything works again. What a freakin’ mess this update is. I’ll be looking for a replacement unless they roll this back and start over. They went down the complete wrong path, even putting files into the root of wp-content? No, no, no, just no.

This problem has been reported time and again. Why can’t you simply post a fix for it? “Add new” DOES NOT work for many people and there has to be a simple explanation or workaround.

I have the same need and have never been able to find a solution to it.

Thank you. I’ve made this correction and will update you after the next run of wp-cron. If this is needed, why not release an update with the correction?

I tried that, and still no results. Moved on to a different plugin for search and replace.

Mine keeps finding a new file to complain about. I’m up to 3 files added to the “do not minify” list now.

Yes…that’s it. I’ve found a workaround, although not a proper solution.

I get the filename that it is trying to minify and add it to the list of files in settings that are never to be minified. So far, I’ve added two and the messages have stopped for the last couple days.

I add both the short (name only) version and the long (full path) version of the filename because I have no idea which it wants.

It seems to be working.

Mine is doing the same thing, but there are no manual minify files. It’s trying to minify things from plugins that have long been removed.

It’s been too long. Dispute should have been filed within 30 days.

That isn’t a solution. This plugin is abandoned anyway. I’ve moved on to something else.

I stand by what I said. You DO NOT take free functionality and then ask for pay for it. No sympathy from me, and I doubt from many others.

You have lost all credibility as a developer by doing this. YOU DO NOT take functions away from users that already have them and make them paid options… never, ever under any circumstance. It shows you are desperate and money-grubbing. Add new features for pay, yes…make free features not free, absolutely NOT.

I truly hope someone uses your code and releases a free version just to show you how karma can really bite. If I had the skill, I’d happily do it myself.

In any way that I can, I will direct people away from this and any other plugin you may develop in the future.
