I know what you are talking about. On the other hand, I much prefer have them grouped when multiple people have the same position. This allows for group emails to all people in that position. Looking at your site, maybe turn on your table borders. Mine are on by default. This will show the groupings then.

I am not sure what theme you are using, but by default (at least on mine) it centers the position to all people in that group.

As per my top post, I have two tickets, one with meals and one without. I have an attendee form to capture the names for either ticket. But what I can’t determine is if I can “capture meals choices” for the “ticket with meals”!

To help clarify, please see my example below that I made on the test site:

When adding one or more tickets for No Meals, it still shows the meal option. This is where I am trying to find out if Events Manager can do the functionality that I need.

Angelo, what do you mean by each ticket will have an attendee form.

When I add an attendee form to an event, it uses that same form for registrations with meals and registrations without meals.

What I need is if they purchase 5 tickets with meals and 2 without, we need to capture the names of the 7 people, and the meal choice for the 5 with meals.

Does the Events Manager have this capability? If not, we might have to use a different product. Please let me know.

I am not sure when or how long the “unexpected error” when searching for a theme or plugin started to occur. We don’t add new plugins that often. I noticed this when trying to search got a different theme since we are getting so many 500 errors. They seem to come for a while and then disappear and everything goes back to normal. When the 500 errors start the site is almost unusable.

The 500 errors have been going on for a while now. We were having these issues with DreamHost (provider), thinking it was the host, we switched to HostGater. When we did our site was noticeably faster and the 500 errors went away. They have since came back and we can’t figure out what is going on.

I had moved on as the emails were not going out when using the Contact Us. I switched to Contact Forms. The only thing I don’t like is Contact Forms doesn’t work very well with many contacts to choose from. This is why I liked the Officers Directory.

@gabrielesque, I couldn’t agree more. I tried posting out here before, but haven’t heard from Douglas. If would be great if someone else could take this over if Douglas is unable to maintain it.

As @jmichno was stating above, the REPLY TO no longer works with WP 3.5. I was using “Configure SMTP” before. I also tried “WP Mail SMTP” and it is not working there. I am using other Contact Modules using the above SMTP plugins and they are working fine with the Reply To.

When I place the “Contact Email” in the “User’s E-mail (optional)” field in the Form Builder, it seems to ignore it. It use to use this when send out via GMail “on behalf of”. So when I would reply it would go to the contact and not to our Admin email in WordPress.

Again my Contact Form DB module is working correctly with “Configure SMTP” and when I try “WP Mail SMTP”, so I know it has something to do with the Visual Form Builder plugin. A speedy fix would be greatly appreciated as our emails are now being replied to incorrectly.

I figured out the issue. It looks like it is collecting the next 10 events. If I am selected Category ABC and the next 10 events are under Category DEF then nothing shows. I expected the limit of x in the agenda view to show that limit whether there is no filter or with a filter. If I put in a larger limit, like 100, then I can filter by category. Unfortunately, the list, when the filter is off, is long and slow to bring up. Is there any change in the upcoming release to help this? It would be great if the agenda view gets the limit of x when doing a query from the database based on the filter selected.

Correction, it seems to be showing the next 60 days. My agenda view only has a couple of events to show for the next 6 months. I expected all of them to show as I set my agenda view limit to a high number. I believe this fix is coming in the next release? Does anyone know what I need to change in the PHP or Javascript so that I can show more events in the meantime?

Is there a way to capture the left side of the pipe for recipients?

Example: [select your-recipient “CEO|[email protected]”
“Sales|[email protected]”
“Support|[email protected]”]

I know [your-recipient] in the Message Body would put in the email address for the selected recipient. I also want to be able to list the Title. Example: “Support” vs “[email protected]”.

Is there a way to do this?
