The solution you linked me with was a bit more heavy-weight than I needed. However, thanks for the idea. If I get more activity on my site, I may eventually implement the solution you pointed me to. Meanwhile, I found a great tutorial on comments. I would recommend it not for yourself as you are more in-the-know than I am. But for any WP beginner this tutorial is great.

Hey Songdogtech,
This post caught my attention because I am having a somewhat related problem. I have created a page.php template to use for my ‘About’ page. The problem is that the page.php template does not show up in the drop down list box in the Page section of the admin console. Is there a trick or extra step I have to take to ‘activate’ the template or something?

Thanks to all who replied. It was the setting under Admin. I had assumed that the ‘www’ would automatically be added to the front of the domain. So I see that I assumed wrong.
