The conflict is with the following plugin from the WooCommerce Extension marketplace: Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce – I am creating a support ticket with them right now.

Ok, so the armember add member form doesn’t have the “subscribe to our newsletter” box. The wordpress user profile has it. However, in MailJet I have the contact list set at “Automatically add all my future WordPress subscribers to a specific contact list” so once the ARMember creates the WordPress user, shouldn’t they also be subscribed to the newsletter? Or am I reading/understanding that option wrong?

Thank you for the response – Right now my customer is manually adding members to the AR Member plugin – so I will check the new member add form they are using.

I tried just changing the name and that didn’t work – but when I opened it in Photoshop and saved it as a .png instead of a .jpg that worked! Thank you!!

thank you for your time and assistance – yes, I did realize/discover that probably just before/just after you discovered it.

It turns out that my client’s “computer/tech” person changed some of the permissions on the files and folders on the site which messed with the functionality of the plugins and site.

just to add to this, I did deactivate every single plugin but the squelch tabs plugin and it still wasn’t working …

I am not using those widgets, so i just deleted their definition in the theme file.

Any insight?

There is no error log on the server accessible through FTP, I have activated debugging in the config file and also activated the debug file and still no errors are displaying and there is no error log showing up in the wp-content folder — this is getting very frustrating — anything else that anyone can suggest?

I have already activated the default theme by changing the name of the current theme’s folder to rule out a theme issue. I’ve deactivated the plugins – and still no change with the login page — I am stumped …

Unfortunately, there are no other error logs or indicators just the “ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output.” — which makes the situation even more frustrating …

yeah, that’s what I was afraid of — unfortunately, this particular slider isn’t actually being used as a “slider” and it has features that I can’t seem to easily replicate — and I didn’t install the theme — it is a themeforest theme that I didn’t license and the person who did set this site up for my friend said that it would take them at least a week to get it fixed — and I’m trying to help out by getting it working sooner …

so, I’ve figured out that the issue is with the nectar slider that is before the form — I know/realize that this makes it not exactly a contact form 7 issue – but I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and has any suggestions on how to fix it?
