I have the same problem. Redirection has stopped since you have made the last update (or the previous before that, dont know for sure).
No mather what the redirects are, they simply end up pointing to the homepage, just like a simple 404-to.homepage redirection.
I’ve tried to download a previous version (one that worked) of your plugin and dont know why but that’s missing.
***later edit: problem fixed. My mistake. I had installed one other plugin for unknown 404’s (All 404 Redirect to Homepage made by you) and it was offcourse a conflict.
