i have been trying to uninstall this plugin and really simple captcha for months and cannot remove it for the same reasons. i have logged in via FTP, tried to manually delete out the files and keep getting error messages that i don’t have permission to delete contact-form-7/wp-contact-form-7.php or really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php. i would really like to remove these plugins from my site.

i can’t figure out which field in the advanced options to fill in. that’s the problem. i tried adjusting the “form input fields on the contact form”, but it only adjusts the fields like name, email, etc. i want to adjust the message box. is that what you’re hitting with the ‘text_cols’ => ’30’?
