I’ve been having the same issue and nobody has responded to any of my threads. thank you so so much for the work around.
I find that I cannot update themes and even edit the settings for select plugins (Disable Comments being one of them). My jetpack stats do not display correctly now as well. have you made any headway with this?
I’ve noticed that this has all happened since updating to 3.5.1…
