I see that you are modifying 2 different things:
– https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/#lqip-minimum-dimensions which is related to LQIP
– https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/#responsive-placeholder-svg which seems to be the correct settign to change. To resize a SVG you will need to change viewBox too. Take a look here: https://css-tricks.com/scale-svg/#aa-the-svg-scaling-toolbox

Let’s try this:
Disable Object Cache ( from here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#object-cache ) clear cache and try now the admin pages.
Then you can enable Object Cache again.

If this is not working, please create a report and share me the number generated. This can be done from: LSC => Toolbox => click on “Send to Litespeed” and share that number.

I work as a developer and support for the plugin.
You are correct of what they do. At the first look litespeed-optimize-set seems ok to delete, but hope it will not create further issue on image optimization new request.

I have looked over the code and my suggestion is not to delete any of them.
If you really want to remove them, go ahead but make sure you have a backup of the data removed.

That site is not used for LSC tickets, and my colleagues were right sending you here.
BUT if you read what I wrote I suggested you:
you can create a ticket to:?support at?litespeedtech.com?with link to this topic and request to help with optimization
Send an email to that address with topic link and request to be helped with optimization.

CSS Async is Critical CSS and will contain only CSS that will load in first viewport
Only that one is loaded inline, in header, for page to render correctly first part of site.

Adding all css inline will cancel cache effect: will load big quantity and slow down the server

I would look if Wordfence is blockin all REST API requests
Also talk with hosting: not to have QC IPS blocked OR if your server settings does not block the ips.
