Hey, i think i have this same problem, but after replacing the jquery.background-video.js file the video is still not showing ?? I even deleted the fallback poster but still nothing.

@effectiveon I hope you can see this and tell me what you did cause i just checked and your video works on my iPhone.

@phillcoxon I contacted the theme developers, after i noticed it might be the theme, and not FooGallery, but guess what they said?

Oh and that developer console … my browser is in Finnish language so i didnt get what you mean, and i thought there is a developer console somewhere in WordPress. Thanks for pointing that out. ??

I now switched the theme back to the Customizr and found the errors. Then switched back to Twenty Seventeen and the errors were gone. Its really weird because i didnt change anything else except the theme.
Also, no errors in developer console on the other pages with the Customizr theme activated.

If you wanna take a look, the non working theme is now activated.

How can there be a javascript error on that page only cause i used the same gallery on every page? :/ And what is “developer console”?
Also, like i said, all the pages work if i change the theme. I will do it now to re check …

I installed the W3 Total Cache to clear the cache (like said in the “After update – plugin is not working!” to see if that would help, so nope, i dont think thats the problem, but i deactivated it now, and nope, it didnt help.

I dont know what “disabling any javascript minimisation” means? I dont remember having any that kind of plugins installed …do i? ??

I also tried all kinds of stuff already, … like downgrading WP and it didnt end up well, i have Version 4.4.2 at the monet.

Also, i started to think that it’s not FooGallery after all but something else on that page cause i made a test page and that shows FooGallery just fine:

I just noticed that i had an old WP version, and updated that just to notice that it didnt do anything, … but looks like you have the lastest too and you have the same problem.

I would wanna try with Version 1.5.9 but cant find it. Oldest is 1.6.7. and it didnt work.

I also have this problem with FooGallery version 1.8.18
I tried to roll back to 1.6.7 but it did not help.

It works on FooGallery version : 1.2.17

WordPress version same and everything else same on both cases
WordPress version : 4.4.2
Activated Theme : Customizr

EDIT:
Also works with Version 1.5.9
WordPress 4.9.8

Oh and yes i know about the browser simulators but its too bad that they dont simulate mobile as it is in mobile. They only rezise the screen but they dont erm … how do you say it … activate the real mobile stuff you know.
I keep trying to find the code .. it has to be something to do with the @media …

When you are done adding your video BG to the Row go to Row Styles and in the Attributes tab add a Row ID like “videoBG” or something and in the CSS Styles add
{min-height: 100vh;}
