I used the health-check plugin to help me figure out which plugin was causing the conflict. Once I deactivated that plugin, it started scrolling in Chrome.

Phil, thanks for the reply. On another forum someone suggested Health-check plugin and that enabled me to find the plugin at fault.

It’s working because I disabled the plugin causing the problem per Steve’s suggestion of using the health-check.
