In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] hyphenationHi
No worries, let’s get this figured out together!
I’ve double-checked the CSS code again, and I can’t seem to find any additional dots either.
.calc-container * { word-break:keep-all !important; }
To help me investigate further, could you:
- Upload a screenshot of the issue to a cloud storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link here?
- Provide your website URL so I can take a look at the styling directly in the browser?
This will give me a clearer picture of what’s happening and might help pinpoint the cause of the problem.

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out about the “Start Course” button issue. While we haven’t seen this exact situation before, let’s explore some potential solutions that might help!
Here are a few things to check:
- Updates:?The latest version 1.1.6 of the MasterStudy Starter Theme is out on March 5, 2024. Please double-check that your MasterStudy Starter Theme and MS LMS plugin are both up-to-date. Often, keeping your software current can resolve unexpected behavior. Here is the link to the change log: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms-starter-theme/extra-materials/changelog
- Resaving Permalinks: Sometimes, resaving your permalinks in WordPress can fix glitches related to buttons or links. It’s a quick step that might do the trick.
- Database Refresh: Try going to your MS LMS settings and simply clicking the save button. This can refresh database records and potentially solve unexpected issues.
- Plugin Conflict: If you have other plugins installed, it’s possible they’re causing a conflict. To test, temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins (except MS LMS) and see if the “Start Course” button works correctly. After that, you can reactivate your plugins one by one to pinpoint any potential conflicts.
- Cache: If you’re using a caching plugin, clearing the cache might be helpful. Deactivating it temporarily can also be a test to see if it’s causing the issue.
Please try these steps one at a time, and let us know how it goes after each step. We’ll work together to get your “Start Course” button functioning smoothly!
Hi there,
I believe I understand what you’re looking for: creating a course with a Zoom lesson and offering daily membership access. Here are two options to achieve this:
Option 1: Free Plugins with Paid Upgrade (MS LMS)
- This option utilizes a combination of free and paid plugins:
- ERoom Free (for Zoom integration) – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/eroom/
- Paid Membership Pro (free version available) – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/
- MS LMS Pro (paid plugin required) – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/
- Steps:
To create a course with a Zoom lesson and daily membership access:
1. Start by creating a unique category specifically for this course.
2. Inside this course, create a Zoom lesson.
3. Make sure the course membership is set as included in membership in Settings > Pricing tab
4. Create a separate daily membership.
5. Link Membership to Course Category: During the daily membership creation, choose the course category you created. This will allow daily members access to your specific course. Please note: While ERoom and Paid Membership Pro offer free versions, MS LMS Pro requires a purchase for daily membership functionality.
Option 2: ERoom Pro Plugin (Paid) https://stylemixthemes.com/zoom-meetings-webinar-plugin/
- ERoom Pro offers a comprehensive solution with its built-in features:
- Recurring Meetings Addon (similar to Zoom scheduling) – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/eroom/eroom-pro/eroom-recurring-meetings-addon
- Purchasable Meetings Addon (integrates with WooCommerce) – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/eroom/eroom-pro/eroom-purchasable-meetings-addon
- Benefits:
- Combines Zoom integration, recurring meetings, and purchasable access within one plugin.
- Detailed guide available – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/eroom/
- Please note: ERoom Pro itself requires a purchase.
Please check the provided plugin links to see if they align with your needs. Choose the option that best suits your budget and features you require.
Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!

If you’ve already added it there and things aren’t quite right, don’t worry! To help us diagnose the issue and provide the best solution, could you send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] Excellent Support!Hi Lori,
We appreciate the feedback! Always happy to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out again.
Hi Victor
The administrator role already has all the same privileges and functionalities as an instructor.
There’s no need to switch roles, as you can already do everything an instructor can with your current admin account.

Hi Hamdi
We understand the importance of timely updates, and we want to clarify our approach to bug fixes.
To ensure quality and stability, we’ll be releasing fixes in phases. This allows us to thoroughly test each fix before rolling it out to everyone. As soon as a reported problem is solved, the fix will be included in the next update.
Unfortunately, due to the potential for unforeseen complications during testing, we cannot provide a specific timeframe for each update. However, we are committed to releasing fixes as quickly as possible.
We always document the changes and fixes in our changelogs, which are readily available https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/cost-calculator-builder/changelog-1/changelog
This allows you to stay informed about the progress and see what’s been addressed in each update. We appreciate your understanding.

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] hyphenationHi
You can use a bit of CSS to control whether they break or stay whole.
//for all calculator content .calc-container * { word-break:keep-all !important; }

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] Calculator does not work on the siteHi Carole,
The calculator worked fine on my local website! (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/bZrHpQeDTBs2 ) To identify any potential conflicts with other plugins on your live website, let’s follow these steps:
- Backup your Website (Crucial):
Before making any changes, it’s essential to create a backup of your website. This ensures you can easily restore it if any issues arise during troubleshooting.
- Deactivate Third-Party Plugins:
Temporarily deactivate all non-essential plugins on your live website.
After deactivating all plugins, check if the calculator is now displaying correctly on the page.- Identify the Conflicting Plugin:
If the calculator appears after deactivating all plugins, reactivate them one by one, checking the page after each reactivation. This will help you pinpoint the specific plugin causing the conflict.
- Cache Plugin Considerations (Optional):
If you use a caching plugin, try deactivating the cache plugin temporarily or excluding the Cost Calculator plugin from your cache settings.
