I hope somebody knows a way out of this Helen. I’ve been going around the “create new password” endless loop for the past 2 hours. (Am locked out for exceeded attempts again at the moment)

Does anyone know how the fuff to get past the shaking head thing? I thought I knew my user ID and password this morning. Now I don’t have a clue! How can you “re-set”? Thank you.
