Thank you @kimmyx! I tried adding the CSS you provided. I also tried adding an image instead of a heading to my icon popup but neither helped fix the issue. I will submit a ticket! Thanks again! ??
Any chance you could help me troubleshoot? I followed the directions in the article you gave me. My main popup slides in from the bottom right perfectly. But when I close it, the “icon” popup doesn’t show up. Here is the page:

In reply to: [Collapsing Categories] Widget not foundThis happened to me too! The plugin updated and now I don’t see it under Widgets and it’s not appearing on my pages either.
They just got back to me today! The issue was actually with SiteGround’s SG Optimizer plugin. For future reference, here is what fixed it:
Disable the?Defer Render Blocking?option in the?SG Optimizer Settings > Frontend > Javascript
Thanks again!
@prashantrai I did, back on Feb 22nd I said I disabled all plugins and the issue was still there, however, when I switched from the Divi theme to a WP theme that fixed the issue. I need to use Divi though, a different theme is not an option. Any other suggestions? Should I reach out to Divi support instead?
Hey @prashantrai
Thank you for your help. I cleared the Divi cache and SiteGround cache again and the selections are still not showing up in incognito mode. Any other advice? I am happy to try Elegant Themes support as well.
Thank you!
Hi @prashantrai
Apologies for the delay, just finished testing this out. I cleared the website cache and SiteGround cache and the issue persisted. I disabled all plugins aside from WP Forms and the issue was still there. However, I switched from the Divi theme to a WP theme and that fixed the issue. I have to use the Divi theme though as the entire website was built using it.
Any thoughts on WP Forms and Divi not getting along? Has this happened before?
Thanks so much!
Thanks so much Paul. That code didn’t work for me, but creating a new template for that page did. I’m still playing with the settings but I think it will work. Thank you again, I really appreciate the help!
Hi again. So the code definitely fixed the 404 issue! However, the page content is appearing inside what looks like a WordPress post template (the title shows at the top and there’s a sidebar). I tried deleting the page and creating a new one with no luck. No other pages are affected so I believe it’s just this one. Is there anything in your code that we could tweak so it’s a page not a post?
Thanks so much! ??
Edit: Here is a link, if it helps:

Hi Paul! Thanks so much for the quick response.
If I change the custom post type from “Documentation” to “Docs,” will there be an issue with the permalink structure or URLs? If so, I will probably try the code you provided.
Thank you!
Very good! Thank you so much for the response, we will give it a try!
Thank you so much!
