Fixed it myself. There’s an image file in the following code. I changed it to none.

#footer-widgets .widget-area ul li {
list-style-image: none;
}

Ignore me. Had to go into Mailchimp settings and update list. Would probably pay to read Other Notes first ??

To clarify – the Mailchimp widget has disappeared.
