Hello, my 406 errors have been resolved through my hosting site. Upon my request they disabled the rule [13052] that this was triggering the 406 error.

All functions are now working on my site including the navigation!

I actually believe that I solved this issue (not sure why it made any difference). But my site address and wordpress addresses were not the same. Site had no ‘www’ before the address. When I added the ‘www’ in the site address all was well in the world for live viewing. I can now see it and customize if I wish. BTW I am working on the latest version of wordpress 4.1.1 and the latest updates to Portfolio Press.

Hello again, so I tried the fixes that you directed me to and none of them work. Also, I heard back from my host and below is the message they reported back to me. I have no clue what they are referring to, do you? I have instructed them to disable the mod security (although I understand that this is not recommended)as I see no other fix.

Thank you for contacting us. I do see it is off in cPanel. Below is the rule you are triggering. I would recommend addressing that with an experienced web developer. Otherwise we can disable mod security for you. We will need to have our systems team do it for you.

I am having the same problem. When I upload pictures to the media file no thumbnails are present and yet the pictures are there if I to to edit. Working in WP 3.8.3 in Portfolio Press Theme. Any thoughts? I have plenty of disk/memory space on my host site.

I am having the same error message when trying to post new one. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. I recently had to fix my url code because I lost access to my dashboard and web site. Could this be related?

I fixed it! I was befuddled as to where to edit my cpanel file.

I opened a new text file in note pad to add
The code to update the URL and the WordPress
Site name as instructed. Then uploaded that to
My FTP site. Then attempted to login in to my
Dashboard site three times as instructed and I still get the loop message.
I deleted all my cash to and refreshed. Still can’t
Login but can see partial site.
