Thank you to those of you who have tried to help. It is much appreciated.

The person who has access to the files and folders says that they all look “OK”. I have again disabled all plugins but it made no difference. I am at a loss to know what to do. This site is for a charitable event happening this weekend and last year (our first year) most online ticket sales were made in the week running up to the event.

vmabril – I am in the same boat as you with regard to technical expertise and I don’t have access to the files and folders either (the person who does is away right now).

Rolling back to the previous version would be great.

I have disabled all the plug ins, one by one, and checked to see if the problem is still there. After having disabled all the plugins, I still have the same problem.
