I agree with Viktor, I went through this over and over again with several websites I have the Security plugin installed on and had the same problem on all the sites until I used Viktor’s instructions and cleaned out the database and started over.

His solution works but you have to do the whole thing, rename the folder and clean out the database.

I knew to rename the directory, that got me in, but cleaning out the database to reset things… that was the key. Thanks again!

Now if we only knew what caused the problem to begin with so we didn’t choose the same options again.

I get this error and I have filters in place:
504 Gateway Time-out

Do you have any ideas what could be causing this if I’ve been using your plugin for at least a year with the exact same filters and settings and now that I’ve upgraded the plugin (same server and everything), I get the Gateway Timeout Error.

Same issue here since the new version. I also tried the Developer version but get the same error.

The old version of Duplicator worked fine on my sites, I have filters in place but this new version always times out.

Same issue here but as per the post above, this fixes it.
