I have asked on their forum, not received an answer yet, but it’s interesting it doesn’t happen when you visit. Very odd.

Yes it is something to do with CSS, however I can’t target the container because it (Firebug) shows me the wrong CSS element.

I already asked on the their forum but someone gave me the wrong advice. Anyway if you can’t/won’t help no worries…

Emails don’t send, when I create a client they don’t show up in the moderation panel et. etc. I got a refund because I really couldn’t spend anymore time trying to figure out how it works. I was building a site for a client with it, and I quoted a price thinking that this plugin would do what it’s supposed to do but now I’ve had to get a PHP scrips made by a programmer so it has cost me money.

They make nice videos trying to get people to buy it, then when they buy it – nothing, it’s like they want our money then run away once we’ve purchased it.

Worst plugin ever!

Hi, thanks. I am finding that when I activate user registration (the user registers – not ‘add client’ manually) no email is activated and according to the docs, the user who has registered should be held in moderation for the admin to approve, but that doesn’t happen. It looks like a great plugin but when you use it and find that the features don’t even work it ends up being worse than useless! There are free plugins that create protected content, but I expected so much more from a premium plugin.

I have the same problem – bugs and not doing what it should. Very poor service. I expected better from a premium plugin.

That seems like a convoluted (difficult way) of doing it! Is there not an easier way like a plugin or something?
