This is how to solve this problem

replace all files with wordpress newest version except the wp-content.

Then update the detail connection database in wp-config.php

Finally it solved. My problem with this matter is gone.

Sure, i put the files at there. Also all of those files appear when i check the links.

But i don’t know if this plugin must put the files in top directory. Am I should put the files at top directory same with the wp-config.php place?

But i still get error for this icon.

Also i have favicon.ico but i still get error with this item too.

but don’t know the effect for my website.
