we experienced a similar problem: Some answers gave points others didn’t.
After hours of searching we reached a temporarily fix by removing every comma and every special character like ??, ?, ü? or in your case ?á ê? from the answers.
Of course no solution for the French language and also in German not specially convenient.
Our request: Could the Plugin-Support please take a look at the issue of answers having commas and special characters (?, ?, ü, á, ê) combined with point score?
Would be awesome!
