In reply to: [Simple Membership] Formatting ButtonsThanks for getting back to me. I kind of had a feeling you were going to say that. Yeah, Divi is a bit weird! LOL!
I don’t wish to share a link to my website in this public forum, for security reasons. Is there a way I can share my link with you privately and securely, please?

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_ ?can’t be foundOK. If you’d read my post properly, you’d have realised I have already followed the instructions.
Regarding disabling plugins and themes, I have already tried that too. But to now avail.
Thank you.
But I am a potential customer! And you lack of response shows me that you don’t care. If this is how you treat potential customers, then that speaks volumes for your customer support overall.
Yes, I bumped my topic, because I was not getting a response. Your lack of response is not cool! Publicly chastising me, AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, is not cool.
And my support ticket could have highlighted a potential bug with your current version. The fact that something is not working I would have thought you’d want to know, so you could investigate and remedy any such possible bugs.
I do not appreciate being treated this way and will not be buying your product at all, now. NOT EVER!
Can anyone help me with this please? Or shall I just find a better, alternative plugin?

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Payment Button Returning Fatal ErrorThanks for the link to the instructions. Those are the instructions I have followed, except that I am using Stripe instead of PayPal.
But the fact that I am getting an error message such as, “Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_23338abaf124146a52a614d815c5a8fb|37410 can’t be found,” suggests an internal problem. Why else would it say, “Fatal error!”?
As for the second point, in the Create (or Edit) Button screen, there’s a field, “Button Title”. I am assuming that is what the button will be displayed as? If not, where should the “Button Title” be displayed?

I’ve tried the Registration Helper plugin. It’s rubbish. WAAAAAAYYYY too complicated. It was enough to make me decide to dump PMPro altogether. I’m now trying out other membership plugins.
Just as a suggestion. What might make this a lot easier would be if you had a plugin that could work with Gravity Forms or Forminator – or both, to enable the website owner to create custom forms for member registration purposes. I use Forminator and would have really appreciated something that I could use in tandem with Forminator to create a custom membership registration form.

Thanks. ??
Expecting a complete stranger to give you FTP or CPanel access is highly inappropriate and poor customer service. It shows total disregard for the website owner’s security. If others are fool enough to give you access to their FTP and/or CPanel, then they are foolish indeed.
Furthermore, requiring FTP or CPanel access is not necessary to resolve a bug or clash with your plugin. There are other means. If you want to look at the coding, you can always use the View Source and Inspect options that are standard with every desktop browser.
And, in any case, my website issue remains unresolved. I have tried to investigate my issue further, on my own. I’ve set up a new WordPress installation, with zero plugins except for yours and only using the default theme. I have the same problem. Which would suggest there is a bug with your plugin.
I have not received a satisfactory resolution to this. I was instructed to provide my email address, so that the issue could be looked at in more detail. However, I was then asked to provide the login details for my Control Panel! That’s the backend of my whole website. WTF do you need that level of access for? I’m not going to give it. It would leave me vulnerable to attack if the information fell into the wrong hands. And, no offense, but you’re a total stranger. So, it’s completely inappropriate to ask for such information.
To say I am disappointed with the level of support would be an understatement.
I am now left having to look for an alternative, as your solution is just not fit for purpose!
@wpmudevsupport13 -Thanks Kris, I’ve done that and await your email and/or advise via this thread.
Kindest regards,
JaeJust run a check on https://www.whynopadlock.com/ and it’s telling me that my site is forcing SSL / HTTPS. It is also telling me I have no mixed content.
So, I think there’s something else causing my issues. All suggestions and remedies will be gratefully received. Thanks in advance. ??????
I can confirm that I have HTTPS working.
However, when I go into my setting for Really Simple SSL, It is flagging up an issue with my Divi theme.
Here is a screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TEY-zWEvk_GX8NWKWqxUCihPUUmR7Lg3/view?usp=sharing
I’m wondering if that is causing the issue? Do you have any known issues with the Divi theme? And if so, how do I fix them. The instructions in the Really Simple SSL for fixing issues between Divi and Really Simple SSL are out of date. However, as I already said, I’m getting HTTPS anyway.
As regards sharing my URL, I’d prefer not to share a URL to my site in public forum while it is broken like this. Can I send you a URL link privately?

In reply to: [Expand Divi] Stuck In “Coming Soon Mode” And CSS Broken. So, I’ve deactivated and deleted the plugin, cleared my cache and managed to get my site back. I then reinstalled and reactivated Expand Divi plugin and it won’t work now.
Basically, the plugin is useless!
I’ve tried all those things. Still not working. The plugin is just too buggy. I’ve decided to look for a better alternative – that actually works properly!!
Yes I AM using MetaSlider! It’s the HTML in the caption field that I’m talking about. (OK, so I used the wrong label for the field name.) The caption field does NOT respect ALL HTML. If I put stuff in a DIV tag it totally ignores it. And if I use the STYLE tag it seems to ignore that too.
Any text that I use in the caption field, when displayed on a narrower screen (such as a mobile phone) the text does not wrap around to the next line, it just runs off the edge of the screen THAT is not mobile responsive. Ergo, your plugin is NOT 100% responsive!
The site it is being used on is a client’s site. So I cannot give you a link to the site for client confidentiality reasons. (The site was built by someone else, not me. I would not have used your plugin!)
