I’ve added a .htaccess file , including the line php_value max_execution_time 60, in wp-admin folder.
It’s working fine now.

Thank you for using my plugin.Please enable this feature then click Menus menu under the Appearance menu and create and save your menu. Select your menu to the Adminbar Menu location in the Theme Locations widget. Save and refresh the page now you can see your menu on adminbar.
