Hello, my apologies for the delay. I believe we have determined that the conflict happens with the Ultimate Blocks plugin. When we disable Ultimate Blocks and enable Molongui we don’t have any issues saving or publishing posts.

When both are enabled we run into the issue of not being able to save a draft or publish a post. Any guidance you could provided would be appreciated.

Hello, I’m hoping to circle back on this. We are still experiencing the same issue after the most recent update of the plugin. Is there any chance anyone else is experiencing similar issues?

We haven’t seen a reoccurrence yet. Our host has set up a “trap” on this site and our other four sites that are using the plugin.

We will let you know if we see anything again. It’s possible it was just an isolated issue.

Thank you for the quick response. I’ll do my best to answer your questions.

1 and 2) We are not seeing any actual errors on the front or backend of the WP site. It was the hosting provider who let us know.

3) We haven’t been able to reproduce the error but we’ve reenabled the plugin to see if Pagely (hosting provided) gets the load issues again and we can let you know. Would it help to send a system report while we’re getting load error issues?

4) We have not added any custom code.

5) We don’t have a staging site but we can give you an admin account to access the site if there’s a way to send you the information privately.

6) We have been using the plugin for quite sometime without issue. We also use it on a number of other sites at the school (hosted with the same provider) and don’t seem to be experiencing any issues. We did install a new cookie notice plugin in early October but didn’t experience any issues with the site until last week.

Please let me know if you’d like access to the site and a way for me to privately send you the information.

Is it possible that an agent didn’t close a chat properly and it wouldn’t save the history?

I don’t see a field status column. I’ve compared fields from chats with history that saved vs. once that didn’t and there don’t seem to be any fields that appear different between the two.

Is there a way I can share copies of these documents without them being public?

I’m not sure I understand what information, in particular, you’re looking for. In the WP dashboard, there were at least 2 records of chat history that were missing but when I downloaded content from the database I’m able to locate data recording an interaction between the agent and client. I’m happy to share more info if you can provide specifics about what you would like to see.

Thank you! That did the trick in terms of displaying the full height of the iframe. And this will certainly work as a workaround for us.

We are using this theme on a multisite which requires a login to access as they are private blogs for practicing journalism students.

I can provide you with a temporary login to provide support but would prefer to do that in a private reply. Is there a way I can send you a private reply?

Alternatively, I can bring up a public site to replicate the issue.

I have tried disabling all plugins and it didn’t fix the issue. Any other ideas?

I do have another login set up for a WooCommerce store and it is in the header. If I remove it from the header and have a separate page for that login perhaps it will work?

My apologies for the slow reply. I have tried uploading images of various sizes without any luck.

And I would share the link but unfortunately we are in maintenance mode until we are ready to take the site live so you won’t be able to see it until that time.

If I need to wait until it’s live then I will come back at that time and share the link. Any other advice in the meantime would be welcome.
