I followed https://wordcastnet.com/2011/managing-file-permissions-in-wordpress/ and changed the permissions but I’m still having the same issues. I can’t seem to find a better listing of what the perms should be. Could the missing .htaccess have anything to do with it? I suppose I forgot to put that in the initial post. Some how, there was no .htaccess file generated for any of these sites. I should just be able to add it in manually correct?
Population of pages is not automatic. You have to create the layout for the page. Cart66 is very customizable so you can cater how you want your page to look to your theme without importing a ton of theme files like most other ecommerce plugins.
