I think this might have been because I had Shortcodes I’m not using anywhere. I’ve now deleted.

Your State field though has a drop down list of countries (so I’ve amended the label from State to Country). I think you need to amend in the software?

The Pro version sounds great if we can add fields ourselves.

Re changing the labels, I’ve worked out how to amend the PO file using POEdit, and created a new one with the Alpha-2 Country Code of GB (instead of US).

But it does still seem that the Billing Information form should have a space for State\County?

From initial testing, if all cookies Disabled in the categories (as I think they should be to comply with GDPR), the Accept All button Enables them all, in one fell swoop. Whereas the Accept button just accepts the status quo of the original setting in the categories, so if they were set as Disabled the Accept would retain the Disabled setting.

Same happening to me. I’d like to know what the message means too. Not at all clear.

I have this problem. It was working when I first installed 5/6 months ago, but has now stopped. I’ve tried disabling all plugins but to no avail.

Hi yes, when I use the Health Check it immediately disables them all when in Troubleshooting Mode, if I just enable Strong Testimonials so that’s the ONLY plugin I have active then the issue remains.

Google XML Sitemaps is always disabled as is Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions, Health Check & Troubleshooting and Titan Anti-spam & Security

I don’t use a page builder, it’s just in the Genesis theme I’ve used.

I don’t think it’s that either as when I use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin you recommended and therefore use a default theme the issue remains.

Also it’s only Firefox that has a problem.

I did that, not exactly the same as Home page now showing just posts, but I added the same shortcode [testimonial_view id=”2″] to the Hello world! post.

If I disable one of my plugins and go back to the site and do a soft refresh all is well. If I move to another page and back again, the slidshow is only showing the navigation bars. If I refresh in the browser, then all is well again.

If I pick a different plugin, same thing happens. I’ve tried with five different plugins.

This led me to believe it’s nothing to do with the plugins. I use Ctrl+F5 a lot – it disappears except for the navigation controls. I can only get it back by using a soft refresh in the browser. I also lose it if I go from one page then back to the home page. If I do a browser refresh it all re-appears.

BTW I disabled my caching plugins.
