The main point here is how this system works without problems on desktop but not on mobile! Have you had a similar report before?

Finally i found that this issue only happens when there is plus symbol (+) in user email address! Is that related to woocommerce or your plugin?!

Thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
We recently moved our servers, and over the weekend there was an issue with the SSL certificate and the service was down for a few hours!! The problem is now fixed.

@resilitene It’s not visible for me! Enable guest mode to check it.
