Yes, I created table “wp_table”.
In table “wp_table” is two records.
First -> teisin?s paslaugos
Second -> teisines paslaugos

Sql query:

global $wpdb;
$query = $wpdb->get_results( "
	SELECT id
	FROM wp_table
	WHERE column LIKE 'teisin?s paslaugos'
" );

and I get two records.
But I need get exactly one records -> ‘teisin?s paslaugos’.

I need translate this text “No products in the cart.”
