  • Problem recognised (but not solved). The issue is with Firefox 40.0.3 not able, or willing, to show the results. IE-9 & IE-11, and Chrome 44.0.2403.157, display results perfectly. All browsers are running on Win7 Pro.

Firefox does not display the StatCounter log-on screen, so there’s no chance to go further. The only thing at the bottom of the (blank) screen is the WordPress footer and version number.

    Take it from there, Batman.

Same problem here since 22-Aug-15. I removed the plug-in due to serious frustration, then found that my project on the StatCounter.com website also stopped recording results. I did not notice this for about a week due to travel. Now re-installed the plug-in, and the Project on StatCounter.com started gathering data points again, BUT on my WordPress site – zilch! BWI, have been a fan of StatCounter for a good number of years for some other projects, but I’m getting a sinking feeling.

    Hi Bhavik,
I am using your plug-in as it is easy to utilise, but what on earth is ‘Address Block width’ ? I have tried a large number of values, but none of them do anything recognisable.
    Cheers
