Wow~ Everything works again!

I hope this is the info you need:

My first attempt in which I run into the 500 internal server error:

My second attempt through Softaculous, in which afterward, I cannot access my site at all:

—–>wp-content
—–>wp-includes

Sorry for the stupid question, but how do I find that out? My father has forgotten the name but thinks it’s “GoDaddy” or “GoDoo”.

How would I go about finding that out?

I tried a one step installation through Softaculous. It worked. I was at the dashboard of my WordPress installation. Afterward, I closed my Chrome window (would me not using IE affect this? I think not, but I’ll include it anyways) and then opened it again a few minutes later to show my father. Embarrassingly, I get a “Oops! Google Chrome could not find jingqing.com” page. Now, I cannot even access my website’s front page, much less the wordpress installation.

I hope this is not a wordpress problem, and it’s actually my host being unreliable (in downtime, perhaps?).

We will attempt to figure out the problem with the host tomorrow, but should we be looking at something else in the meantime?
