1. It’s possible to show users who voted with “like”. If you need it, then enable the “Like box” option (“Buttons” tab -> “General” subtab).

2. Yes, you need to disable the “Allow to cancel a vote” option (“Buttons” tab -> “Voting” subtab).

    font-weight: 900;

But in the “drop” theme label font is already bold by default and you will not notice much difference. You can try to set a bigger font size or change the font family in order to make the label look bolder.
